Ubicación
Nuestra hermosa casa antigua se encuentra cerca del centro de Kleve, en una tranquila zona residencial cerca de la estación de tren (cinco minutos), centros comerciales y supermercados y la universidad, que está a 10 minutos. La casa es una casa de 180 años con muchos espacios comunes como una sala de estudio, una piscina vacía para fiestas, y lo más importante, un enorme jardín de invierno que utilizamos para estudiar, enfriar y comer en los meses de verano.

También tenemos tres baños, un gran balcón, un vestuario, una cocina totalmente amueblada.

Tipo de estructura plana
Normalmente pasamos tiempo entre nosotros, ya que tenemos mucha gente agradable aquí y espacios encantadores para pasar tiempo. El casero espera que hagamos trabajos de jardinería (matar y mojar el césped).
Nos encanta cocinar juntos, salir, jardinear y jugar. Por lo tanto estamos buscando una persona abierta y divertida que le gusta participar en nuestra feliz vida comunitaria y se siente invitada a pasar tiempo con nosotros.
Pero también respetamos plenamente la privacidad - cada uno de nosotros necesita tiempo para sí mismos.
Pero ya que estamos acostumbrados a comer, jugar y hablar con cada uno - especialmente en el invierno - es importante que usted no es altamente sensible al ruido - y viceversa: Lo disfrutamos cuando también se siente cómodo en su habitación, jugar sus instrumentos, cantar, hablar - sin sentir observado :)

Location
Our beautiful old house lies close to the centre of Kleve, in a quiet residential area near to the train station (five minutes away), shopping centres and supermarkets and the university, which is 10 minutes away. The house is a 180-years old house with many communal spaces such as a study room, an empty pool for parties, and most importantly, a huge wintergarden that we use for studying, chilling and eating in the summer months.

We also have three bathrooms, a large balcony, a costume room, a fully furnished kitchen.

Flatshare Type
We normally spend time with each other, as we have a lot of nice people here and lovely spaces to spend time in. The landlord expects us to do gardening work (weeding and mowing the lawn).
We love cooking together, hanging out, gardening and playing. Therefore we are looking for an open and funny person who likes to participate in our happy community life and feels invited to spend time together with us.
But we also fully respect privacy - each of us needs time for themselves.
But since we are used to eating, playing, and talking to each - especially in the wintergarden - it is important that you are not highly sensitive to noise - and vice versa: We enjoy it when you also feel comfortable in your room, play your instruments, sing, talk - without feeling observed :)
