Would you like to spend holidays in London?
Are you looking for a place to arrive in London while looking for your long term accommodation?
I offer you a 2 bedroom terraced House with backyard in London in September in exchange.
This is not a WG, so you would have the entire house for yourself.
I am Pamela, my husband and I are looking for a room/flat to spend 1 to 3 weeks in September in Berlín or Hamburg. Our dates are flexible.
We are looking for:
-A flat in Berlín or Hamburg, with Kitchen and bathroom
-ideally inside the ring in Berlín, but not mandatory. Hamburg can be anywhere.
-1 to 3 weeks in Berlín/Hamburg, very flexible
Our house:
- 2 double bedroom terraced house (one room is baby’s room, but it has also sofa bed)
- 2 desks for people working from home (including 2 screens)
- 1 spacious living room
- 1 spacious kitchen with all utensils
- well maintained backyard
- 1 bathroom
- baby friendly (cribs and baby utensils available)
- all services included (internet, water, electricity, gas, etc)
- Located in Woolwich Arsenal, SE18 7LR
- very good transport connection by Train, DLR, Elizabeth Line and bus. You can reach central London in 15 min.
- on the Royal Arsenal you can find various amanities, cafes, pubs, chill on the Thames
- close to Greenwich Park, which is huge and very nice to walk around
-close Supermarkets (Big Tesco, Sainsburys, M&S all 10 min walk)
- all high street convenient stores (banks, drogeries, cloth shops, leisure center)

Similar to Berlín, Finding a decent and affordable place to live in London is very challenging.
This place is perfect if you want to spend a nice holidays in London.
It is also very convenient for students looking for a long term room in London from September/October. We offer you a place to stay while you attend viewings and look for a long term accommodation.
