ich suche ab dem 15.04. bzw. 01.05. eine Mitbewohnerin für meine Zwei Zimmer Altbauwohnung in Charlottenburg.
Das Zimmer ist 23 qm groß mit Fenstern nach Süden und sehr hohen Decken. Das Zimmer liegt zwar an einer viel befahrenen Straße, aber bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man das nicht. Das Bett und das Sofa bleiben da, sofern Du keine Möbel hast, besteht auch noch die Möglichkeit einen Schreibtisch reinzustellen. Falls Du ein eigenes Bett haben solltest, kann das jetzige gerne weggeschafft werden.

I’m looking for a new (preferably female) roommate for a 2 room flat in Charlottenburg starting on 15.04.2021 or 01.05.2021. The room is 23qm, with windows to the South and very high ceilings. The room is right by a big street, which you don’t hear if the windows are closed. It is equipped with the bed and couch, if you want a desk it can be provided as well. In case you have your own furniture the bed can also be removed.
Die Wohnung befindet sich zwischen den U-Bahnhöfen Bismarckstraße und Sophie-Charlotte-Platz und hat eine sehr gute Anbindung an Öffis(zwei U-Bahnlinien und S-Bahn) und alle Berliner Unis. Das Schloss Charlottenburg ist gleich um die Ecke. Verschiedene Supermärkte und die Wilmersdorfer Straße sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
The flat is located between U-Bahnhof Bismarckstraße and Sophie-Charlotte-Platz. So there's two U-Bahn lines nearby as well as the S-Bahn(S7/S5). Super close to TU and UdK, but you can also get to FU and HU quickly.
Many different stores and the Schloss Charlottenburg are within walking distance.
Ich heiße Lea, bin 24 und weil ich im Oktober mein Staatsexamen schreibe, meistens zuhause und am Lernen, sofern ich nicht arbeiten gehe. Ich würde mich als ziemlich entspannte und friedvolle Person beschreiben, die bisher immer gut mit allen Mitbewohnern klargekommen ist.
Ich wünsche mir jemanden, dem Putzen kein Fremdwort ist und der keine Coronapartys feiert oder AFD wählt.
Wenn die Mietpreisbremse verfassungsmäßig ist, würde die Mieter billiger werden.
