Verkehrsanbindung: 5 Minuten Fussweg zur U5 (Samariterstr) und M10 (Frankfurter Tor). Simon-Dach-Kiez ist auch 5 Minuten entfernt. Sehr viele Bars, Restaurants, Clubs in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es ist trotzdem sehr ruhig, da Hinterhaus. :)

Ich bin IT-Manager und hin und wieder beruflich unterwegs, zusätzlich ist Reisen (privat) meine große Leidenschaft, von daher bin ich öfters mal nicht da. Ich mache gerne Sport, wenn es die Zeit erlaubt und ich meinen inneren Schweinehund überwinden kann.:-) Fahrradfahren ist zur Zeit mein liebstes Hobby. Bin oft sehr aktiv (Freunde, Sport, Veranstaltungen, Ausgehen, Überstunden, etc. etc.), kann aber auch gerne Abends faul vorm TV gammeln.

Die Chemie macht's. Komm doch mal vorbei und lass uns persönlich kennenlernen. Dann können wir auch unsere Vorstellungen & Erwartungen abgleichen bezüglich: Sauberkeit vs. tolerierte Unordnung, gemeinschaftliche Aktivitäten vs. persönliche Freiräume, was ist Meins, Deins, Unser?, Hausregeln, etc. etc.

Hi, I’m looking for a new roommate for a shared apartment, as the current one is moving out.

I’m an IT manager who travels occasionally for business & leisure, especially the latter as it’s a passion of mine. With this, I will periodically be away at times giving you some private time.

Outside of my passion for traveling, I’m a active, outgoing, and social person (ie. friends, sports, events, etc.). That’s if I have the time and able to successfully fight my inner couch potato 🙂 that loves to relax in front of the TV.

It's all about the chemistry. So why don’t you drop by in person so we can get to know each other. We will align our expectations at this time when it comes to cleaning, shopping, common interests, personal space, property, house rules, etc.
