The room for rent is fully furnished with a loft bed, a spacious wardrobe, a desk with a chair, a sofa with a coffee table, an armchair and a tv. The room is lovingly furnished and has high bright wooden windows and a balcony. The apartment has a built-in kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher and a stove with oven. The bathroom is tiled and has a washing machine. Wifi, electricity and cleaning of the common rooms are included.
Die Katzbachstraße liegt sehr zentral mitten im Herzen Berlins in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Viktoriapark, der Bergmannstraße und dem Gleisdreieckpark.
