Die Wohnung befindet sich an der Grenze der Ortsteile Kreuzberg und Tempelhof, man läuft ca. drei Minuten zur U-Bahn-Station Platz der Luftbrücke. Aus dem Eckzimmer, das frei wird, hat man einen wunderschönen Blick und bekommt insbesondere am Abend viel Licht aufgrund der zwei großen Fensterfronten. Neben dem 23m2 großen Zimmer punktet die Wohnung mit einem riesigen 30m2 großen Wohnzimmer, das selbstverständlich ebenfalls von Dir genutzt werden kann. Dazu kommen zwei große Balkone mit jeweils 11m2 und 5m2.
The apartment is located directly at the border of the two neighborhoods Kreuzberg and Tempelhof, you walk around 3 minutes to the metro station Platz der Luftbrücke. From your room you have a beautiful view and get much sunlight especially during the afternoon. Besides the 23m2 room the apartment offers a big 30m2 living room as well as two balconies (11m2 and 5m2).
Wir wohnen gleich neben dem schönen Viktoriapark, zur lebendigen Bergmannstraße läuft man fünf Minuten, das Tempelhofer Feld ist auch gleich um die Ecke.
We live right next to the beautiful Viktoriapark, the vivid Bergmannstraße is only a 5 minutes walk away, also the Tempelhofer Feld is very close.

Wir sind drei Jungs . Ein Plus wäre es, wenn Du keine Katzenhaarallergie hast, freundlich und aufgeschlossen bist und gegebenenfalls sogar Vegetarier ;-)
