Bei uns wird ein Zimmer frei – du würdest mit einer weiteren Mitbewohnerin und mir wohnen. Ich bin Masselino, Product Manager, und suche eine Mitbewohnerin, auf die man sich verlassen kann und die Lust auf ein entspanntes, aufgeräumtes Zuhause hat.

Wie ich so wohne
Ich mag es minimalistisch und klar – in der Wohnung wie im Miteinander. Respekt und Ehrlichkeit sind mir wichtig: Wenn etwas ist, sagt man es kurz, und gut ist. Der Abwasch macht sich leider nicht von selbst, aber das muss ich hier wahrscheinlich nicht erklären.

Ansonsten hat jede ihren eigenen Alltag – aber ich mag es, wenn sich zwischendurch Schnittpunkte ergeben: mal zusammen kochen, ins Kino, in eine Ausstellung oder zum Yoga (ich bin gerade von Urban Sports zu einem Yoga Studio gewechselt). Ohne Verpflichtung – Interesse aneinander ist schön, ein Programm braucht es nicht.

Ich bin viel in Bewegung (Yoga, Yin, Pilates, Gong) und interessiere mich für bewusste Ernährung, Kunst, Tanz, Politik und Technik. Das musst du nicht teilen. Wichtiger ist mir, dass du neugierig auf andere Sichtweisen bist und Menschen so nimmst, wie sie sind.

Das Zimmer
Ca. 18 m2, hell und gut geschnitten, mit französischem Balkon und Blick in den grünen Innenhof. Eine Basis ist da – ein schmales 1×5-Regal, Kleiderstange und Matratze – den Rest kannst du dir so einrichten, wie es zu dir passt. Ein Bettgestell gibt es nicht, Tisch, Monitor und Laptop musst du selbst mitbringen.

Eins solltest du wissen: Das Zimmer geht direkt vom Flur und der Küche ab und ist vom Wohnbereich durch einen dicken, mehrlagigen Akustik-Vorhang getrennt, nicht durch eine Wand. Der Vorhang ist blickdicht und dämpft Stimmen und Geräusche spürbar (laut Hersteller etwa auf ein Achtel), aber es ist eben ein Vorhang. Wer damit gut leben kann, bekommt ein sehr helles, ruhiges Zimmer. Im Video-Rundgang siehst du das direkt.

Die Wohnung
Neubau von 2019, bodentiefe Fenster nach Südwesten, Fußbodenheizung. Der Ess- und Küchenbereich ist nicht riesig, aber praktisch und gut ausgestattet (Ceranfeld, Umluftbackofen, massive Buchen-Arbeitsplatte). Der Kühlschrank könnte größer sein, aber das bekommen wir hin. Basics teile ich gern – für eigene Vorlieben und spezielle Sachen beim Essen und Trinken sorgst du am besten selbst. Kleiner Fahrradkeller im Haus.

Hi!

A room in our flat is becoming available – you'd be living with one other female flatmate and me. I'm Masselino, a product manager, and I'm looking for a female flatmate I can rely on, who wants a calm, tidy home.

How I live
I like things minimal and clear – in the flat and in how we get along. Respect and honesty matter to me: if something's up, you say it, and that's that. The dishes unfortunately don't do themselves, but I probably don't need to explain that here.

Beyond that, we each have our own lives – but I like it when they overlap now and then: cooking together, catching a film or an exhibition, or going to yoga (I just switched from Urban Sports Club to Yoga Studio). No obligations – being interested in each other is nice, a schedule isn't needed.

I move a lot (yoga, yin, pilates, gong) and I'm into mindful eating, art, dance, politics and tech. You don't have to share any of that. What matters more to me is that you're curious about other perspectives and take people as they are.

The room
About 18 m2, bright and well laid out, with a French balcony looking onto the green courtyard. The basics are there –, narrow 1×5 shelf, clothes rack and mattress – and you can build on that however suits you. There's no bed frame.

One thing you should know: the room opens directly off the hallway and kitchen and is separated from the living area by a thick, multi-layer acoustic curtain, not a wall. It's opaque and noticeably dampens voices and noise (about an eighth, according to the maker), but it is still a curtain. If you're fine with that, you get a very bright, quiet room. You'll see it clearly in the video tour.

The flat
Built in 2019, floor-to-ceiling windows facing southwest, underfloor heating. The kitchen and dining area isn't huge, but it's practical and well equipped (ceramic hob, convection oven, solid beech worktop). The fridge could be bigger, but we'll make it work. I'm happy to share basics – for your own preferences and anything specific for food and drink, it's best you take care of that yourself. Small bike cellar in the building.
