Since a dear roommate moved in with his girlfriend, I/we are looking for a new flatmate for this 4-room apartment near Rosenthaler Platz and Hackescher Markt from September 1st. The location is very central with very good connections to public transport (5-10 minutes away, including U6, U8, S1, S2, tram at Rosenthaler Platz and all lines at Hackescher Markt); even though most venues or necessities can be easily reached on foot. In addition, since the flat is on the 6th floor, it’s pleasantly bright. We are looking for long-term tenant, staying for at least 1 year, non-smoker, financially secure, and with a stable lifestyle (out of party-phase).
The roommates are Daniela, a diplom psychologist from Chile, and Ayana, from Japan and currently working in an Italian restaurant. Both a very friendly. I myself, and should I ever be in Germany, occupy the living room. However, that hardly - if at all happens in a year, with me usually working abroad, and the living room being available for general use.

da unser lieber Mitbewohner mit seiner Freundin zusammen gezogen ist, suchen ich/wir ab 1. September eine neue Wg-Mitbewohnerin für diese 4-Raum Whg nähe Rosenthaler Platz und Hackescher Markt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral mit sehr guter Anbindung an die Öffentlichen (5-10 Min Entfernung u.a. U6, U8, S1, S2 und alle Linien Hackescher Markt), wobei das Meiste arbeitsunabhängig durchaus auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Zudem ist die WG, da im 6. Stock, schön hell. Gesucht werden langfristige Interessenten, ab mindestens 1 Jahr, Nichtraucher, finanziell abgesichert, und keine Partygänger.
Die Mitbewohner sind Daniela, eine Diplompsychologin aus Chile, und Ayana, aus Japan und in der Gastronomie tätig. Beide sind ruhige Mitbewohner und sehr freundlich :). Ich selbst, sollte ich ja mal in Deutschland sein, belege das Wohnzimmer. Jedoch bin ich de facto nie da, und das Wohnzimmer dann zur allgemeinen Verfügung zugänglich.
