Berlin Hermannstr. - Roommate wanted

Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende,
vom 15. Oktober bis zum 28. Februar 2022 suche ich für mein Zimmer in unserer Neuköllner 2er-WG eine*n Bewohner*in auf Zeit. Hannah und ich sind beide 25 und kennen uns noch aus unserer Kleinstadtkindheit. Mittlerweile wohnen wir seit drei Jahren (was??! Schon?? Ja, die Zeit ist verflogen…) in unserer kleinen 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im trubeligen Flughafen-Kiez. Sie liegt im Vorderhaus direkt an der Hermannstraße und in den U-Bhf. Boddinstraße oder in eine der vielen Kneipen kann man praktischen hüpfen. Die Luftlinie zum Späti unseres Vertrauens schätzen wir auf 10m und auch in den nächsten Supermarkt schafft man es unter zwei Minuten.

Nun zu Deiner vielleicht zukünftigen Mitbewohnerin:
Hannah arbeitet als Concept Artist für Filmproduktionen, studiert daneben aber auch wieder Informatik und kellnert in einer Neuköllner Bar. Sie ist neugierig, naturverliebt und abenteuerlustig, links, Vegetarierin und Teilzeit-Nerd: Frag sie mal nach Herr der Ringe, Boskop Äpfeln oder Wanderstrecken rund um Berlin ;) Berufsbedingt ist sie immer für einen Filmabend zu haben und freut sich schon auf ausgedehnte Gespräche bei einem Gläschen Rotwein mit Ihrem*r neuen Mitbewohner*in.

Wir lieben unser zu Hause sehr und suchen eine sorgsame und umsichtige Person, die sich hier genauso wohl fühlt und auch gerne einbringt. Unsere Wohnung ist gemütlich, aber Ihr bekommt eben auch viel voneinander mit. Aus diesem Grund ist es für uns sehr wichtig, dass Du Lust auf ein WG-Leben hast und ihr Euch gut versteht.

Dear apartment-hunters,
I am searching for a subtenant from 15th of October until 28th of February 2022 for my room in a 2-person shared flat in Neukölln. Hannah and I are both 25 and have known each other since our small-town childhood. We have now been living for three years (what ??! Already ?? Yes, the time has flown by ...) in our small 2-room apartment in the bustling Flughafen-Kiez. Located in the front-building facing the Hermannstraße one can literally jump into the subway station Boddinstraße or one of many the bars nearby. We estimate the beeline to the next Späti to be about 10m and the nearest supermarket can be reached in under two minutes as well.

Now to your possibly future roommate.
Hannah works as a concept artist for film productions, but also studies Informatik again and works in a bar in Neukölln. She is curious, in love with nature and adventurous, left-wing, vegetarian and part-time nerd: ask her about Lord of the Rings, Boskop apples or hiking trails around Berlin;) Due to her job, she is always available for a movie night and looks forward to long conversations over a glass of red wine with her new roommate.

We love our home and are looking for a careful and considerate person, who feels as comfortable here as we do and is happy to get involved. Our flat is cozy and you’ll live close together. For this reason it is important for us to find someone who is up for flat sharing and that you get along well with Hannah.
