Hello! Gemütliches, ruhiges Zimmer (ca. 14m2) in renovierter 2-Zimmer Wohnung. Ich nutze das zweite Zimmer als Arbeitszimmer an 3-5 Tagen die Woche (Grafikdesign) und lebe privat mit meiner Freundin in einer anderen Wohnung, bin also nur „teilweise“ da. Es wäre schön wenn wir die gleichen Werte teilen: Ruhiges, entspanntes Miteinander, Partys können gerne außerhalb der Wohnung stattfinden :)
S+U Hermannstr. (Ringbahn), Tempelhofer Feld und Schillerkiez sind um die Ecke. Die Wohnung hat eine neue Küche mit allen nötigen Dingen. Lang- oder kurzfristige Miete ist möglich und Anmeldung ist kein Problem. Ich bin ein entspannter, sauberer, berufstätiger und weltoffener Mitbewohner.

Room in Neukölln / Tempelhofer Feld 550 € all-inclusive (unlimited contract).
Hey guys! I have a spare room (about 14m2) in a cozy and calm 2-room flat share. I’m using the second room as a work space (about 3 - 5 days a week, graphic design). Privately, I’m living with my girlfriend in another apartment (meaning I’m not 24/7 there). It would be great if we’d share the same values: Easygoing, quiet, respectful co-living - partys can celebrated outside the apartment :)
The apartment is renovated and in a great location: S+U Hermannstr. (Ringbahn), Tempelhofer Feld + Schillerkiez are nearby. The flat has a new kitchen with all necessary things. Long- or shortterm stay is possible and Anmeldung is no problem. I’m a nice, open-minded, relaxed and clean flatmate with a regular job.
