Me, your future flatmate, I'm from Japan, working in the fashion and music industry. I'm mostly at home working from the studio room all day. Or in the kitchen making some sweets as I started to do some pop-ups with my donuts.
So this might not be for you if you don't like to have your roommate doing things all the time at home...
And there are a couple of house rules I need you to follow, they are just basic stuff such as no party at the flat, no illegal downloads, smoking allowed only in balcony and etc. I will share it with you once the viewing and the interview are arranged.
