And it is very quiet throughout the day. You will get to have a very good sleep at night.
Located on Greifswalder Str, near Hufelandstr. tram stop.

Me, your future flatmate, I'm from Japan, working in the fashion and music industry. I'm mostly at home working from the studio room all day. Or in the kitchen making some sweets as I started to do some pop-ups with my donuts.
So this might not be for you if you don't like to have your roommate doing things all the time at home...
