The bright spacious room is located on the third floor .It’s 18 square meter, newly painted , fully furnished with large new bed, new writing table,new office chair and large new wardrobe. The room is bright and faces the green and serene courtyard. The flat is on the first floor in a modernized old building with two equal sized room, big kitchen which can be used as living room as well and large bathroom.
The apartment is located on the border of Charlottenburg, in a listed building and has a very good room layout.There is a lovely living room.
