The bright spacious room is located on the third floor .It’s 18 square meter, newly painted , fully furnished with large new bed, new writing table,new office chair and large new wardrobe. The room is bright and faces the green and serene courtyard. The flat is on the first floor in a modernized old building with two equal sized room, big kitchen which can be used as living room as well and large bathroom.
The apartment is located on the border of Charlottenburg, in a listed building and has a very good room layout.There is a lovely living room. Nearby, ie just outside the front door begins the Siemens Park, about 5 minutes walk is the nearest large park and forest with lake and beach -. the Jungfernheide Park There are large lawns in the park, a high wire climbing park, game reserve, etc. Ideal for
Grocereies shopping (Aldi, Reichelt, Edeka,Rewe), post office, pharmacies, banks (, Commerzbank, Sparkasse) are just 5 minutes walk. There are a few Späties very close (Late Sales ) . Restaurants such as Thais, kebab, Italian, Chinese as well as a German snack all the neighborhood parking for cars are available.Very good transport links: ( 3min to the U7 Siemensdamm and bus) 10 min to Wilmesdorfer Str to the zoo, about 15 minutes by public transport. 25 min to Mitte , 30 minutes from Potsdam. 10 minutes to Spandau remote station, with ICE connections. Ring bahn at Junghernheide is 3 stops away
The atmosphere is more relaxed in the flat …and would do some activities together from time to time.
