Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern, einen schmalen Flur, einer Küche und Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Das Zimmer ist ca 30qm groß und in ruhiger Lage zum Innenhof gelegen. Es ist hell, renoviert und hat eine hohe Decke.
The apartment consists of two rooms, a narrow corridor, a kitchen and bathroom with bathtub. The room is about 30sqm large and located in a quiet location to the courtyard. It is bright, renovated and has a high ceiling.
Die Wohnung liegt in dem schönen und ruhigen Sprengelkiez von Wedding. Zur U-Bhf Amrumer Straße (U9) läuft man 5-7 min zu Fuß. Die Straße selbst ist sehr ruhig und Supermärkte, Spätis, eine Apotheke, eine Bäkckerei, ein paar Restaurants und Bars befinden sich in direkter Nähe und können zu Fuß in wenigen Gehminuten erreicht werden.
The apartment is located in the beautiful and quiet Sprengelkiez of Wedding. The underground station Amrumer Straße (U9) is a 5-7 minute walk away. The street itself is very quiet and supermarkets, Spätis, a pharmacy, a bakery, a few restaurants and bars are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
Ab dem ersten Mai suche ich ein netter zuverlässiger und unkomplizieter Nachmieter oder Nachmieterin. Ich bevorzuge ein entspanntes Miteinander. Schön wäre keine Zweck WG. Ob Student oder berufstätig ist mir aber egal, solange man sich gut versteht und respektiert. Ich bin kein Ordnungs- oder Sauberkeitsfanatiker, aber ich halte die WG gerne sauber und ordentlich.
Ich suche jemanden, der lieber langfristig hier wohnen möchte.
Zu mir: Ich bin Hans und bin 33 Jahre alt, berufstätig und komme aus Chile. Ich spreche Deutsch, Englisch, Spanisch (Muttersprache) und ein bisschen Portugiesisch. Ich bin ein geselliger offener respektvoller Mensch. Ich glaube an Balance im Leben. Ich mag es, zu lesen, Sport zu machen und ab und zu wegzugehen.
From the first of May I am looking for a nice reliable and uncomplicatednew tenant. I prefer a relaxed togetherness. Nice would be no Zweck-WG. Whether student or working I do not care, as long as you understand and respect each other well. I'm not an order fanatic, but I think the shared apartment should be kept clean and tidy.
I am looking for someone who would rather live here in the long term.
