All rooms are facing east, the apartment is located in a quiet side street on Boxhagener Platz close to many restaurants.
There is a very good transport connection (BUS 240 in front of the door / U- & S Bahn in 7-15 minutes walk). With your own car it is a bit exhausting, because parking spaces are very scarce, but you can park in front of the house.
Supermarkets and numerous boutiques and the typical Friedrichshain scene stores are located in close proximity to the apartment, all shopping and errands for daily needs can be done on foot.
As a weekly highlight there is the weekly market on the "Boxi", which is only 3 minutes walk away. 15 minutes walk to the Warschauer Brücke. The rent includes electricity, heating, internet, GEZ and cable connection fees.
