Your home: Your new room is nice and clean.
The room with furniture is to rent immediately. Foreigners welcome. The room is fully furnished. You have a desk and a bed. There is a nice communal kitchen. You can cook immediately, there is every convenience: the kitchen is already equipped with pots, cooking utensils and dishes. The room is designed for one person.
The bathroom and the kitchen is cleaned by Serviceteam every week! So you don’t habe to clean yourself!
There is a clean bathroom and a Cody kitchen. The kitchen and bathroom are shared rooms and are shared by all three flatmates, i.e. common rooms. You can also ask for bed linen and a towel.
We are a shared apartment with a total of three people and speak several languages. we also help with the organization of the papers for the city of Duisburg. And we learn German ourselves.
The contract is flexible and you can cancel it every day. You always pay the rent for a month in advance and can move out at any time. There are no lengthy contracts.
Cost: The rent is € 349 per month. the additional costs for heating, electricity and water are € 100.

Das Zimmer ist voll ausgestattet und sie benötigen keine eigenen Möbel.
Es ist ein Vertrag möglich für einen Monat oder länger.
Der Vertrag ist flexibel und Sie können jederzeit / täglich kündigen.
Der Preis beträgt 349 € pro Monat zzgl. 100€ Nebenkosten:

Dem ersten Monat.

Du wohnst in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof Bottrop. Das Haus befindet sich in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof in Bottrop und bis zur Universität Essen sind es mit dem Auto nur 10 Minuten und mit dem Fahrrad 30 Minuten.
Die Universität Essen ist mit Bus und Zug in 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Das Zimmer ist ideal für internationale Studenten/innen und Du bist willkommen!

Es wäre sehr nett wenn Du ein Infos über Dich schreibst. In der Wohnung wohnen nur Studenten und Menschen die früh morgens arbeiten. Daher ist dies kein Ort für Partys und lange Abende mit Musik. Wir suchen ruhige und leise Mitbewohner die in Ruhe schlafen und früh morgens lernen oder arbeiten. Das ganze Haus ist leise und Du wirst hier sehr gut schlafen, man hört keine Autos und es ist eine sehr gute und sichere Lage. Du wirst Dich hier wohl fühlen.
Die Küche und das Badezimmer und Toilette werden von einer Putzfrau gereinigt. Die Kosten für die Putzfrau sind im Preis enthalten.
Falls Du weiter weg wohnst? Wir können den Vertrag auch per Email und per Post machen und eine Besichtigung ist dann nicht erforderlich. Die Kündigungsfrist ist jeden Monat möglich, der Mietvertrag ist also flexibel und Du kannst ohne Ärger oder Probleme umziehen. Der Vertrag sollte aber mindestens einen Monat dauern. Und wir hoffen natürlich, dass Du Dich hier wohl fühlst und Dich Zuhause fühlst.
Es gibt ein Gemeinschaftsbad für insgesamt 3 Mitbewohner/innen und eine gemütliche Gemeinschaftsküche. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet mit Kochgeschirr, Pfannen, Töpfen, Tellern, Tassen, Gläsern und Besteck.
