Die Wohnung ist in einem Mehrfamilienhaus am Rand des Stadtzentrums, mit kurzem Weg in die Innenstadt und zur Uniklinik und zur Heinrich-Heine-Universität. Mehrere Bus-, S-Bahn und Strassenbahnhaltestellen sind in Sichtweite, zu Fuß in 3 Minuten erreichbar (S-Bahnstation: "Volksgarten" / Straßenbahnstation "Volksgarten").
In 5 Minuten kannst du so mit der S-Bahn zum Hauptbahnhof fahren (16 min zu Fuß) oder in 15 min in die Altstadt und zum Rhein.
Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommst Du hier auch nachts jederzeit nach Hause.

Supermärkte, Drogeriemärkte, Einzelhandel aller Art, Restaurants sind zu Fuß alle innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Was sehr toll ist: ebenfalls in Sichtweite des Hauses ist der Eingang zum Volksgarten. Eine riesiger Park mit See, mit Schwänen und Enten, ideal zum spazieren gehen, grillen, entspannen oder sportliche Aktivitäten. Ein tolle Ausgleichsmöglichkeit zur hektischen Großstadt, mittendrin in der Großstadt. Es gibt immer etwas Neues zu entdecken.

The flat is in an apartment building on the edge of the city centre, with a short walk to the city centre and to the University Hospital and Heinrich Heine University. Several bus, S-Bahn and tram stops are in sight, within 3 minutes walking distance (S-Bahn station: "Volksgarten" / tram station "Volksgarten").
In 5 minutes you can take the S-Bahn to the main station (16 min walk) or in 15 min to the old town and the Rhine.
You can also get home at night by public transport.

Supermarkets, drugstores, retail of all kinds, restaurants are all within 5 minutes walking distance. What's great is that the entrance to the Volksgarten is also within sight of the house. A huge park with a lake, with swans and ducks, ideal for walking, barbecuing, relaxing or sporting activities. A great way to balance out the hectic big city, right in the middle of it. There is always something new to discover.

Mit dir wohnen 4 nette junge, internationale Leute. Das WG-Leben ist entspannt, locker. Im Haus wohnen auch noch andere junge Leute, mit denen man einfach in Kontakt kommen kann und die auch mal zusammen im Garten sitzen und grillen. Die WG ist ideal für weltoffene Menschen mit dem Herz am rechten Fleck, die das Leben in internationaler Gemeinschaft zu schätzen wissen.

In der Miete ist auch eine Reinigungskraft enthalten, die einmal die Woche vorbeikommt und die Allgemeinbereiche sauber macht. Man muss sich nur drumherum organisieren und es ist immer angenehm sauber. Die Putzfrau spült nicht und macht auch nicht Dein Zimmer sauber :) Es gibt einen lieben Hausmeister, der sich um alles technische kümmert. Es gibt einen Müll-Plan, bei dem alle 4 Tage jemand anderes den Müll herunterbringt. Der Haushaltsaufwand hält sich also in Grenzen.

Four nice young, international people live with you. Life in the flat-sharing community is relaxed and easy-going. There are other young people living in the house with whom you can easily get in touch and who sometimes sit together in the garden and have a barbecue. The flat-sharing community is ideal for cosmopolitan people with their hearts in the right place who appreciate living in an international community.

The rent also includes a cleaner who comes by once a week and cleans the common areas. You just have to organise around it and it is always pleasantly clean. The cleaning lady doesn't do the dishes or clean your room :) There is a lovely caretaker who takes care of everything technical. There is a rubbish plan where someone else takes the rubbish down every 4 days. So the household chores are kept to a minimum.
