I'm offering a nice, bright, big and furnished room to rent. The room has 25 square meters, and its equipped with a folded sleeping couch, a wardrobe and a table with several chairs.
The room is located in a two-level apartment, consisting of one room, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen. Room is one the first floor, and the kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor.
This two-level apartment is half of the small twin-house, consisting of two similar, completely separate flats.
The house is located on a property with a big, green garden.
It's located in a suburb called Fredersdorf bei Berlin, located just next to Berlin (25 km to Alexanderplatz).
Public transport access is very good - just 500 metres from the house there is an S-bahn train station, from which you can reach the centre of Berlin in approx. 30 minutes via line S5.
The owner is a nice and tolerant German guy, who besides German speaks fluent English, Russian and some Norwegian. He doesn't have a problem with renting the space to the foreigner.
You will have practically the entire place just for yourself because the owner does not live in this apartment - he lives in the house next door.
However, due to his recent move from his former apartment, he temporarily stores several boxes with his stuff in the kitchen of this apartment.
Rental price: 220 Euro (Kaltmiete) + electricity, water and heating (calculated according to the bills).
Anmeldung is not immediately possible in this apartment.
