Mein Name ist Christopher (27) und ich studiere im B.Sc. International Health Sciences an der Hochschule. Da meine Studentenzeit in Fulda bald endet, wird mein Zimmer ab dem 01.08.2022 wieder frei.

Das helle Zimmer ist mit ca. 22 qm das Größte der WG-Zimmer. Es ist ein wunderschönes, gemütliches Altbauzimmer mit Fliesenboden und hoher Decke. Es hat zwei große Fenster die zur Straße ausgerichtet sind. Das Zimmer wird möbliert angeboten (Bett, Schrank, zwei Kommoden, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und ein Regal).

My name is Christopher (27) and I am studying B.Sc. International Health Sciences at the university. Since my student days in Fulda will soon end, my room will be free again from August 1st, 2022.

The bright room is about 22 square meters, the largest of the shared rooms. It is a beautiful, cozy period room with a tiled floor and a high ceiling. It has two large windows facing the street. The room is offered furnished (bed, wardrobe, two chests of drawers, desk, chair and a shelf).

Die Wohnung liegt in der Innenstadt, der Universitätsplatz ist in drei Minuten und der Hauptbahnhof/ZOB in ungefähr fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Emaillierwerk, Tegut und der Rewe-City sind in ungefähr 5-10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.
Zur Hochschule sind es zu Fuß ca. 25-30 Minuten und mit dem Rad ca. 10-15 Minuten.

The apartment is located in the city center, the Universitätsplatz can be reached in three minutes and the main train station / ZOB in about five minutes on foot. A shopping center, Tegut and Rewe-City can be reached in about 5-10 minutes on foot. It is a 25-30 minute walk to the university and 10-15 minutes by bike.

Wir sind eine 4er-WG, die gerne zusammen kocht, etwas unternimmt oder abends zusammensitzt.
Zur Zeit wohnen neben mir noch Vedant, Julia und Stefanie in der Wohnung. Vedant studiert Electrical Engineering, Julia studiert Ökotrophologie und Stefanie macht eine Ausbildung zur Logopädin.

We are a group of 4 people who like to cook together, do something together or sit together in the evening.
At the moment Vedant, Julia and Stefanie live in the apartment next to me. Vedant is studying electrical engineering, Julia is studying ecotrophology and Stefanie is training to be a speech therapist.

Eine Waschmaschine steht im Keller, einen Kellerraum/Abstellraum haben wir ebenfalls, WLAN und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden. Eine Speisekammer ist an die gemeinsame Küche angegliedert. Die Fahrräder können im abschließbaren Innenhof abgestellt werden. Die Wohnung besitzt zwei Bäder/WCs.
Die zusätzlichen Kosten belaufen sich auf ungefähr 62 Euro (WLAN, Ökostrom und Öko-Gas). Diese kommen zu den oben genannten Nebenkosten hinzu (Wasser).

A washing machine is in the basement, we also have a basement room/storage room, WiFi and a dishwasher are available. A pantry is attached to the common kitchen. The bicycles can be parked in the lockable inner courtyard. The apartment has two bathrooms/toilets.
The additional costs are around 62 euros (WLAN, green electricity and green gas). These are added to the additional costs mentioned above (water).
