Goch bei Kleve, in einer 3-er-WG (Nicht-Raucher) ab sofort im 2OG liegend (mit Einzelmietvertrag), Größe ca. 24qm, sehr hell und freundlich, die Wohnung wurde im Sommer 2006 komplett saniert.
2 OG liegend. Ansonsten befinden sich auf dem 1OG auch eine große Küche (16qm), Bad (8qm) und ein Gäste-WC. Ein gleiches Zimmer befindet sich eine Etage tiefer. Alle Zimmer haben einen eigenen Schloss + General-Schlüssel zum Eingang ins Haus/Wohnung. Eine (neue) Waschmaschine ist im Bad vorhanden. WLAN ist in der ganzen Wohnung vorhanden, Geschwindigkeit ist ausreichend um mehrere Kanäle in HD zu schauen.
Zimmer ist möbliert (Kleiderschrank, Bett mit Matratze, Tisch mit Stühlen); in der Küche steht eine Einbauküche mit Herd, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine .
Anfragen per e-mail bevorzugt (bin nicht ständig über phone erreichbar).
