In the lovely city centre of Göttingen we are looking for a new roommate in our charming 2nd story apartment. Each person in the flat has 2 rooms, a bedroom and a home office, though you can do with them what you want. One room, currently the bed room is larger (372 by 332 cm, 12.35 m2) and has great morning light. The other is smaller (320 x 278 cm, 8.89 m2, but angled ceilings) with easy access to the rood terrace. The rest of the apartment has two full bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with a dish washer, microwave, and two fridges, as well as a living room and a roof terrace, which is more of a roof than a terrace :)

There is a washing machine and a dryer that are shared with the other four apartments in the friendly house community.

The rooms are largely unfurnished but currently contain some larger pieces of furniture that I would be happy to pass on cheaply rather than dispose of. The Furniture in the rooms include a bed frame (IKEA Malm) with mattress 200 x 140 cm, a shelving unit (IKEA Kallax 147 x 147 cm), a wardrobe (IKEA Brimnes 117x190 cm), and a bed side table (IKEA Kullen 35 x 49 cm). Please mention whether or not you have interest in the furniture when you contact.

The room costs 340€ warm (but WiFi + GEZ is on top) and is available from January 1st 2025
