The bedroom is the most spacious in the apartment. The large window lets the light in all day long. With all this space, you can have all the furniture you want. The wooden floor adds comfortable value. The room will be unfurnished, with only the wooden table and chair remaining. An auxiliary mattress is available. I'll take the bed and mattress from the picture. The heating system has been renovated to ensure a comfortable stay. :) It is available for three months as subletting but from September 1st you can get a new contract from the landlord with a cold rent of 295 euros.
The apartment features a shared kitchen, a bathroom/shower with new glass doors and a living room with sofa and TV.
The apartment is conveniently located for students at the University of the North. By bike, you can reach the north campus in 10 minutes. On foot, you can quickly reach the Rewe (2 min), Lidle (5 min) and Aldi (2 min) grocery stores. You can also take the bus to get around. The station can be reached in a maximum of 15 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by bike. This is a pleasant location for people living in the north of Göttingen. The city center is always within easy reach by bike, more or less 10 minutes away. If you want to be close to grocery stores, the train station and the north campus, this is the place to be.
You will meet Hedwig and Andrès the two other tenants.
Hedwig, came more recently. Currently, she focused on her exams so here is a short description of her. She is studying biophysics to be a prothesist master. She speaks German, Russian, English and knows some French. She is easy talking and likes a clean apartment. She spends some time in the gym and likes cosplaying. Some week-ends she returns to her family place.
Andrès: Ich heisse Andres. My mother language is Spanish since I'm orginally from Ecuador. As I'm learning German now, I can also speak a little, and study in UniGö in English. Currently, I'm writing my master thesis, therefore I am out of the flat most of the day. My hobbies are dancing salsa and bachata and listening to music. I also like going out for a drink, partying, biking or simply walking in a park/nature.
Of course, we will organize some meeting to let you know each other and visit your future room.
There is also a cute garden, you can see it through the window. During summer, you can use the bbq. The neighboors are respectfull and chilled. You can easily trust them to collect your delivery packages. They are very quiet. Sometimes, they organize party outside during summer on Friday or Saturday but they never stay late.
The kitchen is fully equiped with oven, microwave, heating plates.
