Das Zimmer wäre nicht möbiliert, ist aber sehr hell durch große Fenster und Fliesen in Pakettoptik. Dies erleichtert es auch, wenn man mal etwas verkippt. Bei weiteren Fragen, schreibt mir einfach.
Das abgebildete Zimmer ist mein Zimmer. Das zweite Zimmer (derzeitig noch das meiner Mitbewohnerin) ist aber genauso geschnitten, genauso groß und genauso hell.
PS: Die oben genannte Kaltmiete von 316€ sind schon die Kosten für die Warmmiete.
Die Wohnung ist super gelegen. Alles ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der neue Campus am Beitzplatz ist 2 Minuten entfernt, die Innenstadt 5 Minuten mit Rad, außerdem sind Supermärkte, Apotheken, Ärzte, alles nicht weit entfernt.
Sehr unkompliziert.
Die oben genannte Kaltmiete sind schon die Kosten der Warmmiete.
