2 Bäder vermeiden die Warteschlange am Morgen, und Sie können eine große Terrasse genießen, perfekt für Grillabende und lange Sommernächte.

The room is near the entrance of the apartment, and is around 14m². There are enough windows to let in daylight, and enjoy the beautiful view to the north from the 9th floor.
It is furnished with bed and closet left by the previous tenant (price to be discussed).
2 bathrooms prevent queuing in the morning and you can enjoy a large living room, as well as a terrace, which is convenient for barbecues and long summer nights.

PERFEKTE Lage! Keine 10 Min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Altona entfernt, alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind buchstäblich vor der Tür: Edeka, Netto, Aldi, Bäcker, Post, Fitnessstudio, Friseur... Viele Cafés und Restaurants, sogar die Reeperbahn ist 15 Min zu Fuß entfernt. Je nachdem, wo man arbeitet, braucht man die HVV-Karte vielleicht nicht mehr ;)

PERFECT location! Less than 10 minutes by foot from Altona Station, all the stores are literally next door: Edeka, Netto, Aldi, baker, post office, gym, hairdresser… Many cafés and restaurants, even the Reeperbahn is at a walking distance. Depending on where you work, you might not even need the HVV card anymore ;)

Ganz einfaches WG-Leben eigentlich, das Wichtigste für uns ist, dass die Wohngemeinschaft eine Wahl ist. Wir respektieren natürlich die Privatsphäre, und wir erwarten, dass wir Zeit miteinander verbringen und nicht nur, weil wir es müssen! Wir laden gerne Leute zum Essen oder Grillen ein, solange wir uns gegenseitig Bescheid sagen, wir machen gerne Abendessen und Partys, solange wir danach aufräumen, wir gehen gerne raus und reisen... oder einfach nur ein Glas trinken oder einen Film anschauen.
Wir sind derzeit 3 Franzosen und 1 Deutsche, die fließend Englisch und ein sehr gutes Deutsch sprechen. Es wäre toll für uns, die WG zu internationalisieren.

Quite simple WG life, the important thing is that flat-sharing is for us a choice. We both respect privacy, and like spending time together every now and then. We regularly have people over for dinner or barbecue, and always let each other know when it happens. We enjoy partying (and make sure we all clean afterwards), going out and travelling… or simply having a drink and watch movies.
We are currently 3 french people and 1 german, who speak fluent English and a very good German. It would be great for us to internationalize the WG.

WICHTIG: wir suchen eine(n) langfristige(n) Mitbewohner(in), idealerweise eine Person die in Hamburg arbeitet und interessiert ist, co-Hauptmieter zu werden.
Außerdem sind wir wie gesagt sehr daran interessiert, deutschsprachige Menschen und/oder internationale Menschen hier zu haben.
Vertrag Anfangsdatum ist flexibel (Zimmer ist ab dem 22 Dezember schon frei, Einziehen Datum eher flexibel).
Die Miete ist runterbrochen wie folgt:
520€ Kaltmiete
205€ Betriebskosten, Strom, Wartung, ARD ZDF, Internet, Reinigungskraft (1x / Monat werden die gemeinsamen Flächen geputzt)
=> 725 € / Monat alles inklusiv
Zimmer-Möbel ist am besten vom früheren Mitbewohner zu kaufen.
Gemeinsame Räume sind komplett möbliert (schon in der Kaution einbegriffen): einfach einziehen und genießen!

IMPORTANT: we are looking for a long-term flatmate, ideally working in Hamburg, who would become a co-main tenant (co-Hauptmieter).
Also we would be very interested in having a german speaking person and/or an international profile.
Contract starting date is flexible (room is available from December 22nd, start date rather flexible).
The rental includes:
520€ "cold"
205€ "Betriebskosten", electricity, maintenance, ARD ZDF, internet, cleaning services (common areas cleaned 1x / month)
=> 725 € / month all included
The furniture of the room is preferably to be bought from the previous flatmate.
The shared areas are fully equipped (already included in the caution): just move in and enjoy!
