Das Zimmer ist frisch weiß gestrichen und sehr hell. Es ist quadratisch geschnitten und ca 15qm gross. Die Decke ist hoch. Es hat als Fenster nur eine Dachluke mit Milchglas, die sich ca 40 cm öffnen lässt. Bei uns vielen Leuten wird regelmäßig mal was frei und dann kann das Zimmer innerhalb der WG gewechselt werden.
Die Miete beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten sowie Internet etc.

The room is freshly painted white and very bright. It is square cut. The ceiling is high. It has as a window only a skylight with frosted glass, which can be opened about 40 cm. With us many people there is regularly something free and then the room can be changed within the WG.
The rent includes all utilities and internet etc.
An der Grenze zwischen Heidelberg Südstadt und Rohrbach gelegen. In 10 Gehminuten ist man bei der Straßenbahn in die Altstadt und ins Neuenheimer Feld, in 7 Fahrradminuten bei der S-Bahn Kirchheim/Rohrbach und in 8 bei Weststadt-Südstadt und in 10 min ist man per Rad am Hauptbahnhof.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es reichlich, 2 min zu Fuß sind Aldi, Rewe und DM verfügbar. Ein paar Minuten weiter gibt es auch einen Teegut (großteils Bio Sortiment)
Boulderhaus, Billiardwold, ein Fitnessstudio und Karstorbahnhof sind im wenige Minuten erreichbar.

Located on the border between Heidelberg Südstadt and Rohrbach. In 12 minutes you are at the S-Bahn station Kirchheim/Rohrbach, at the tram stop Eichendorffplatz (here the 24 and the 23 go to Neuenheimer Feld or to Bismarckplatz). In 10 minutes you can reach the main station by bike.
Grocery shopping stores are 2 min away(Aldi ,Rewe ,Dm)
Boulderhaus and Karlstorbahnhof is really close.
Unsere WG ist keine Zweck-WG! Zur Zeit sind wir 12 Erwachsene ( Studis, Berufstätige, Erwerbslose)
Wir legen Wert auf Diversität und ein solidarisches Miteinander.
Wir leben als Gemeinschaft, in der wir uns aushelfen und immer ein offenes Ohr für Themen aller Art zu finden ist.
Feste Bestandteile unseres Zusammenlebens sind:
- der zweiwöchentliche WG-Abend für Besprechungen und Austausch (über die Sommermonate war es deutlich unregelmäßiger)
- ab und an WG-Ausflüge (zum Beispiel übers Wochenende),
- manchmal gemeinsames Abendessen
- Wir haben einen Foodsharing-Fairteiler in der nähe und man kann hier richtig günstig leben.
Gemeinsame Entscheidungen werden bei uns im Konsens gefällt.
Organisiert sind wir als Verein (nicht als Verbindung!), zum einen, damit Hauptmieterwechsel entfallen aber auch damit alle Mitbewohner_innen denselben Status haben.
In unserem großen Garten (ca. 200 m vom Haus entfernt) ist im Sommer genug Raum für Lagerfeuer, Tänzchen, Grillparties, spontane Jamsessions oder Hängematten. Wir haben dafür aber auch ein großes Wohnzimmer.
Ausserdem gibt es eine große Küche für gemeinsame Kochsessions.
Wir haben mehrere Bäder und Toiletten, deshalb gibt es eigentlich nie Stau.
Wenn du Zeit für dich allein brauchst, gibt es natürlich auch dafür Raum: Wir nehmen auch Rücksicht auf den Schönheitsschlaf der Mitbewohnis.
Wenn du Lust und Zeit hast, dich aktiv einzubringen und Teil einer Gemeinschaft zu werden, bist du herzlich Willkommen!
Das heißt, dass wir jemanden suchen, die*r Zeit investieren möchte, um das Zusammenleben zu verschönern und alle kennenzulernen.
Rassismus, Sexismus, Nationalismus, Trans- und Homophobie werden bei uns nicht geduldet.

Our WG is anything but a purpose-built WG. At the moment we are 12 adults ( students, working people, unemployed). Children are very welcome. We like diversity and anti-racism.
We live as a community in which one helps oneself out and always finds an open ear for topics of all kinds.
Parts of our life together are:
A shared flat evening every two weeks for organizing and exchange, sometimes less regularly,
sometimes holidays together (e.g. one weekend),
common cooking sessions
here is a foodsharing place nearby, so living is really cheap here.
We make our decisions by consensus.
We registered ourselfs as an association for a cheaper rental contract (not as a fraternity or sorority;), so that main tenant changes are omitted but also so that all flatmates have the same status.
In our large garden (approx. 200 m from the house) there is enough room for campfires, barbecues, spontaneous jam sessions or hammocks in summer. We also have a large living room!
There is a big kitchen for cooking sessions together. We have various bathrooms and seperate toilets so there is always a free one.
If you want space to be alone, you'll have it here and we respect each others beauty sleep;)
