Die Bahnverbindung ist 3 Gehminuten entfernt und bringt dich in 10 Minuten direkt in die Innenstadt. Solltest du auf den Berg wollen, ist die Hungerburgbahn zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreicht und mit dem Fahrrad ist man von hier aus in Innsbruck sowieso schnell überall!
Die Wohnung ist so gelegen, dass die Sonne Nachmittags auf unseren gemütlichen Balkon und luxuriösen Garten scheint mit Blick auf die Nordkette. Da lässt sich ein Getränk jeder Art sehr gut genießen!

Ich, Angie {26} bin Hauptmieterin von der Wohnung, in welcher ab Anfang Juni 3 Zimmer frei werden.
Kurz zu mir, ich wohne ursprünglich in Innsbruck, bin Ergotherapeutin und aufgrund meines Masterstudiums bis nächstes Jahr April in Deutschland.
Somit bin ich selten da und stelle mein Durchgangszimmer als temporäres Wohnzimmer zur Verfügung.
In meiner Freizeit mache ich liebend gerne Sport (den ganzen Berg-wahnsinn halt 😉, genieße die Natur und deren Stille oder entspannte Tage mit lieben Menschen. Gemeinsam können wir unsere Räume neu gestalten, für Gemütlichkeit und Individualität.

Die Idee ist, einen Ort zu schaffen, der unseren Vorstellungen entspricht. Offene Kommunikation, Respekt und Sauberkeit stehen dabei im Fokus. Briefly about me, I originally live in Innsbruck, am an occupational therapist and will be in Germany until next April for my Master's degree.
So I'm rarely there and am making my spare room available as a temporary living room.
In my free time, I love doing sports (all the mountain madness 😉), enjoying nature and its tranquillity or relaxing days with loved ones. Together, we can redesign our rooms for comfort and individuality.

die meisten Möbel werden mitgenommen daher gibt es für uns die möglichkeit diese WG auch neu zu gestalten. Nur für das Zimmer welches bis nächsten März 25 vermietet wird hat ein Hochbett eingbaut, welches vorübergehend zu übernehmmen wäre.

Wie bereits erwähnt hat diese Wohnung auch einen kleinen Balkon richtung Nordseite ausgerichtet.
Der Gemeinschaftsgarten lädt zum Entspannen, Slacklinen, im Winter Schneemann bauen ein und auch gelegentliche BBQ-Abende wurden hier wunderbar verbracht. Unter Absprache mit den Nachbarn ist das kein Problem.
Die meisten Möbel die du auf den Fotos siehst werden mitgenommen, daher können wir vieles neu gestalten! :) Auch ein Kellerabteil ist im Mietpreis inklutiert: Wintermontur und Mountainbikes hier sicher untergestellt.

The communal garden invites you to relax, slackline, build a snowman in winter and also occasional BBQ evenings have been wonderfully spent here. By arrangement with the neighbors, this is no problem.
Most of the furniture you see in the photos will be taken away, so we can redesign a lot of things! :) A cellar compartment is also included in the rent: Winter gear and mountain bikes can be safely stored here.
