also die Wohnung liegt in ner ruhigen Lage, die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich (bei jeder Sorge helfen sie), Bus Anbindung ist vorhanden und für Studenten eh kostenlos.
ja habe da nen Monat drinne gewohnt sehr fein, haben digital Fernsehen macht schon was her. Das Gebäude hat dann noch 2 Zimmer in der Vermietung (ist eine Art Pension) , die imme rmal wieder an andere Leute vermietet werden so das man einiges an Menschen da auch treffen kann.
Im Sommer bietet sich dort auch noch eine sehr schöne Sitzgelgenheit
also meldet euch ruhig ^^.
Achja und das ist ne warm Miete mit allem drinne.
