wir suchen von ab Oktober 2016 eine*n Mitbewohner*in in unserer 3er WG in Jena.
Dein neues Zimmer hat etwa 18-20 Quadratmeter, zwei große Fenster, Laminatboden und du würdest es leer übernehmen (Vorhänge und Deckenlampe bleiben gegen einen kleinen Abschlag drin). Die Wohnung ist eine gemütliche Drei-Zimmer-Wohnung über 2 Stockwerke, mit neuer Einbauküche, Spülmaschine & E-Herd, Dachterrasse und Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine.

Hello everybody
As from October 2016, we're looking for a new flatmate for our flat share in Jena.
Your new room is as large as 18-20 square meters and is basically empty containing only curtains and a lamp. Our flat is a three room apartment stretching across two floors with a roof-top terrace, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, stove, etc) and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt an der Saale in der Nähe des Saalbahnhofes und ca. 5-10 Geh-Minuten von der Bahn-Haltestelle Spittelplatz entfernt. Du bist auch in ca. 2 Minuten zum Saaleufer gelaufen und mit dem Fahrrad sowieso schnell in die Stadt gedüst. Fahrradstellplätze gibt's vorm Haus, teilweise überdacht. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit einen Auto-Parkplatz im Hinterhof zu mieten.

The flat is located close to the Saalbahnhof station and a 5 to 10 minute walk away from the "Spittelplatz". Plus: The flat is only 2 minutes away from the Saale - a great place to hang out.
Space for bicycles is available in front of the house, which is partly roofed, and you also have the option of renting a parking space for your car.
In deiner neuen Wohnunge leben zur Zeit Philipp (22, Politikwissenschaft) und Almut (21, Soziologie) in der WG. Bei uns wird jede*r im eigenen Zimmer in Ruhe gelassen, wir haben aber auch gerne gemeinsame Abende auf der Dachterrasse oder die ein oder andere Party wenn's was zu feiern gibt ;)

In your new flat you will be living with Almut (21, student of sociology) and Philipp (22, political science). In our flat share, everybody will have his/her own privacy, but spending the evening together on the roof-top or having a party now and again isn't unusual either ;)
Die Warm-Miete beläuft sich auf 325 Euro und beinhaltet Heizung und Wasser. Dazu kommt noch Internet (100 MBit KabelDeutschland Leitung) für 13€/Monat und Strom für etwa 11€/Monat, wobei sich letzteres recht unregelmäßig ändert.
