da ich Januar - Mai 2024 im Ausland sein werde, suche ich aktuell eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für mein leeres Zimmer!
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Ehrenfeld an der Haltestelle Weinsbergstr./Gürtel. Das Viertel ist für seine alternative Szene und sehr gute Gastronomie bekannt. Die Wohnung ist 50qm groß, renoviert und hat 2 Balkone. Sie würde ich teilmöbliert untervermieten.
Ich suche nach einer verantwortungsvollen Person, auf die ich mich verlassen und ich ihr meine Wohnung bzw. mein Zimmer ohne Bedenken überlassen kann :)
Schreibt mal bitte was zu euch und was euch nach Köln verschlägt.

Hello everyone,
I'll be in traveling from January until May 2024 and therefore, I'm looking for someone to move in that period of time.
The flat is in front of the station Weinsbergstr./Gürtel in Ehrenfeld. The area is not that far from the city center (around 10-15 minutes by bike) and is well-known for its diversity socially and culinary. The flat is 50m2, renovated and has 2 balconies and it's furnished.
I'm looking for a responsible subletter who I can count on and takes care of the flat and my room in a respectful way :)
