Wir bieten hier ein 12qm Zimmer mit eigenem WC-Bad und Küchen-Mitbenutzung an. Das Zimmer ist möbliert (da wir das Zimmer erst einrichten würden, könnte man sogar kleine Wünsche äußern). Das angrenzende WC-Bad hat eine begehbare Dusche und ist ca 6qm groß.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im 2. Obergeschoss eines Einfamilien-Hauses mit Fenster zum Gehweg.

We are offering a 12qm room with an own bathroom and kitchen co-use. The room is furnished (as we'd just furnishing it, small wishes could be placed). The bathroom next to the room comes with a walkable shower and has apprx 6qm.
The room is located on the Second floor and is part of a single-family house with a window to the sidewalk.

Das Haus steht im Stadtteil Im Englee. 2min Fußweg entfernt befindet sich die Bus-Haltestelle. In 10min Fußweg kommt man zur Bahnhaltestelle. Supermarkt bzw Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls 10min Fußweg entfernt.

Die "WG" besteht aus unserer kleinen Familie, Marina (44), Daniel (44), Nikolina (16) sowie Dominik (9). Bei diesem Angebot handelt es sich um ein "Wohnen für Hilfe" Inserat. Da ich öfters beruflich unterwegs bin, suchen wir eine sympathische Mitbewohnerin, welche zu diesen Zeiten garantiert im Haus bleibt. Wir würden natürlich ein Gespräch vorab führen und es muss eine gewisse Sympathie zwischen den Personen geben, da man schließlich unter einem Dach lebt. Kinderfreundlichkeit wäre von Vorteil aber Kinderbetreuung ist nicht notwendig.

The "community" consists of our small family, Marina (44), Daniel (44), Nikolina (16) sowie Dominik (9). This is a stay-vs-help offer. As I am on business trips often, we are searching for a friendly flatmate (female), who will stay at home during these times for granted. Marina (44), Daniel (44), Nikolina (16) sowie Dominik (9). Of course we'd have an interview beforehand and a certain level of sympathy is a must, as we'll live under one roof. Fondness for children would be of advantage, but Childcare is not needed.
