We are Max and Irene. We live in a share flat with 3 rooms in Schleussig. Our flatmate is moving out because she is about to have a baby, so we are looking for a new flatmate that takes her nice and big room.
The flat is in a 4th floor at the top of the building. We have a small but fully furnished kitchen and a bathroom with a washingmachine. There is a room in the attic for hanging the laundry. We also have space in the basement to store a few things.
The room is unfurnished, but comfortable and with around 20m2 and a window to Könneritzstraße, looking to the east. It gives a lot of light to the room and there is a nice spot to sit just in front of it.
We are located in Könneritzstraße between two supermarkets both 5 min away from us (Netto and Konsum). We are also in between two tram stops less than 5 min away from us, there we can take the lines 1 and 2 that take us to the city center and Eisenbahnstraße.
We are in the calm district of Schleussig full with young people and families.
We have two big parks around 10 min away from us. We can walk through green areas almost until the coty center.
My name is Irene. I am 27 and I work as a spanish teacher. I like to spend my free time watching series and movies online and learning my new hobby, crochet.
My flatmate is Max. He is 32 and studing quimics. During his free time he likes to play videogames, meeting friends, playing boardgames and going to the pub quiz.
We like to have a calm, relax and quiet life in our flat. We usually eat and spend a long time talking in the kitchen. So we would like to find someone up for it also. If you read until this, let us know what’s your favourite food and tell us something about yourself. My german is not fluent enough to have a long conversation so it would be nice to speak english or spanish all together.
The room costs around 260€ per month including the runing costs.
