Ich biete ab August ein Zimmer in eine 2er WG. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Altbau. Dein Zimmer ist ca. 14 qm groß mit ein Fenster nach Süden. Es wurde in 2020 neu renoviert.
In der Wohnung befindet sich eine schöne Küche mit einem Backofen, einer Mikrowelle, einem Kühlschrank, einer Waschmaschine und einem Wäschetrockner. Das Bad ist etwas kleiner geschnitten aber ausreichend.

I'm offering a room in a 2-person flat share from August. The flat is located in an old building. Your room is about 14 square meters large and has a large south-facing window. A renovation was just carried out in the room in 2020.
The flat has a nice kitchen with an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer. The bathroom is relatively small but sufficient.
Die Lage in der Schwanthalerhöhe ist ziemlich zentral trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, DM, Lidl). Mehrere Tram- und Buslinien sowie der S-Bahnhof Donnersbergerbrücke halten 5 Gehminuten entfernt von der Wohnung. Die U-Bahn Station Schwanthalerhöhe ist auch 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

The location in Schwanthalerhöhe is pretty central, while the community is very quiet. Around the house, there are plenty of shopping facilities (Edeka, DM, Lidl). Within 5 minutes walk, there are stops for many trams and buses, as well as the Donnersbergerbrücke S-Bahn station. Within 10 minutes walk, you will find the Schwanthalerhöhe U-Bahn station.
Ich bin Ziyang. Ich studiere Informatik an der LMU und Management an der TUM. Unter der Woche verbringe ich lange Stunden am Computer. Ich lege Wert darauf, dass die Wohnung ordentlich und sauber ist. Ich freue mich auf ein freundliches Zusammenwohnen mit einem ruhigen Menschen.
