Das Zimmer ist ca 20 m2 groß und hat große helle Fenster. Der Blick ist direkt ins Grüne, da sich die Wohnung am Wald befindet. Aktuell befindet sich eine Schlafcouch und ein Schreibtisch in dem Zimmer, welche bei Bedarf übernommen werden können :).
Zu Fuß etwas 10 min zur Bushaltestelle. Anbindung nach Potsdam und Werder sehr gut.
Eigenes Auto wäre aber von Vorteil.
Ich lebe hier in der Wohnunh gemeinsam mit meiner Hündin. Sie ist sehr ruhig und freundlich. Da ich ein zimmer in der Wohnung einfach nicht nutze und es zu schade wäre, es leer stehen zu lassen, suche ich eine(n) nette(n) Mitbewohner oder Mitbewohnerin. Die Wohnung bietet sehr viel platz, eine große neue Küche und einen großen Balkon.
Das Zimmer könnte auch für einen befristet Zeitraum gemietet werden.
Vielleicht findet sich ja jemand :)
