Room with wonderful view on Canale della Giudecca

three minutes walking from vaporetto/boat stop San Basilio, line 5.2,5.1. and line 2. 20 minutes walking from piazzale roma (bus stop)or trainstation. Just around the corner restaurants, pizzeria, bars and supermarket + palces where to have tapas

Welcome in Venice and in my flat.

A few recommendations to live together in harmony with me and my neigbour

Stairs:

Pls do not talk or smoke while going up/down the stairs or in front of the flat door, outside the flat


Keys:
Pls do not leave the keys inside the flat lock (when you are inside the flat or outside)
When going out, pls lock the door of your room + flat + do not leave the door outside open
If you lose the keys charges will be applied according to the cost of changing the whole doors locks

Intercom/speaking tube:
If It does not work properly, pls use handy to communicate with your partner
Pls do not ring neighborhood to ask to open you the door

General rules:
Smoking is not allowed in the whole flat
If there is the sun, why should you use electricity to make light?
Pls turn off lights while not in the bedroom, floor etc.
Pls turn off heating when going out
The use of kitchen is not allowed
Before going out close the windows (bedroom + bathroom)
Do not open windows while heater is on!
Do not walk with high heels in the house, at any time


Bedroom:
Before going out, knowing that you come back late in the evening, roll down the curtains so that when you come late in the evening you do not disturb the neighborhood
Always roll up/down curtains slowly…they are delicate
Do not cook inside the bedroom / do not use burners etc.
Garbage: pls leave the rubbish in a plastic bag…when you leave I am going to take care of it

Badroom:
Pls leave the bathroom cleaned, we both use it
