Es sind 2 große Zimmer zu vermieten 1 großes Zimmer ab. 1.Februar und das andere ab 1. März.
Ansonsten hat die Wohnung ein Bad, eine separate Toilette eine Küche und ein kleines Abstell/Visitor Zimmer.
Beide Zimmer haben den ganzen Tag Sonne. Das Zimmer welches ab März frei ist hat Möbel. Das 2. Zimmer welches ab Februar frei ist hat ein Stuhl, BEtt und Bett für 150€ Übernahme Kosten. Es ist auch Möglich, seine eigenen Möbel mitzunehmen.
Öffis super erreichbar, U3 4 min zu Fuß oder Wien Mitte 10 min zu Fuß. Donaukanal und Pater ist gleich um die Ecke. Egal wohin in Wien alles sehr schnell mit Fahrrad oder Öffis erreichbar.
Am liebsten ist es sauber, aufgeräumt und ordendlich, egal ob in Küche gemeisamer Wohnraum oder Bad. Wir wollen uns alle wohl fühlen und desshalb ist es uns wichtig bewusst und sauber zu sein. Eigendlich normal aber Essen ist wichtig und wird mit respekt gehandhabt behandelt gegessen und versorgt. Sonst ist klare direkte Kommunikation immer an erster Stelle. Offenheit gegenüber dem anderen und Respekt wird hier geschätzt.

I’m Francisca (26) finishing my master’s studies while also working part-time. My days are quite busy, but I do enjoy coming home at eod, going to the gym, cooking, or simply meeting up with friends to restore energy.
I am a chilled, open to talk to and not THAT talk-active but friendly person. I hope to make you feel at your new place called, home! At home, I like a balance between having someone to chat with and privacy, but of course, nothing is mandatory, and we all have our days! Bottom line: respect is key for me.
I like spontaneity in the organization, so if we feel like it we can go for a stroll / get some coffee. Personally, I’m not looking after a party-WG flatmate as I have many things on my plate and need to focus. It’s important when we can plan a cleaning schedule that fits both - it doesn’t need to be a fixed one, here I also expect common sense.
What else, I am a girl from Portugal, and yes I do miss the beach, the sun, the seafood… but fell for beautiful Vienna easily. 🫣

Bitte achte bei dem Zimmer nicht aus die Möbel, momentan befindet sich in diesem Zimmer nur ein Tisch stuhl und Bett was für 150€ von dem Vormieter Übergeben wird.
