Calm flat in Schöneberg

I’m subletting my 57 m2 apartment in Schöneberg, right by Kleistpark, from September the 11th (late afternoon) until September the 20th (afternoon). I would prefer someone who can stay for the whole period.

The apartment is located on Elßholzstraße in a very quiet courtyard, so despite being on the ground floor, it’s peaceful and quiet.

The apartment:
• Large living room with open kitchen (approx. 33 m2)
• Bedroom (approx. 9 m2) with a 160 cm double bed
• Sofa bed in the living room, also approx. 160 cm wide
• Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine
• Bed linen and towels included
• Suitable for 1–2 people, with sleeping space for up to 4 people

I moved in fairly recently, so the apartment is still missing a few final decorative touches. I’m currently changing some of the lamps, so it looks slightly different now, but otherwise the apartment is as shown in the pictures.

The location is very well connected: U7 is about a 6-minute walk away, and Nollendorfplatz (U1, U2, U3 and U4) is about 12 minutes on foot. There are also several bus connections nearby.

The apartment is in Akazienkiez, one of the nicest parts of Schöneberg, with lots of cafés, restaurants and shops, and a vibrant yet peaceful atmosphere.

Price: €60/night + €10 per additional person
Deposit: €200, returned after I’m back and have checked that everything is in order.

I’ll clear some drawers and wardrobe space for your belongings. Basically, you can just arrive with your suitcase.

Ich vermiete meine 57 m2 große Wohnung in Schöneberg, direkt am Kleistpark, vom 11. September (später Nachmittag) bis 20. September (Nachmittag) unter. Am liebsten wäre mir jemand, der den gesamten Zeitraum übernimmt.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Elßholzstraße in einem sehr ruhigen Innenhof. Obwohl sie sich im Erdgeschoss befindet, ist es hier ruhig und angenehm.

• Großer Wohnbereich mit offener Küche (ca. 33 m2)
• Schlafzimmer (ca. 9 m2) mit einem 160 cm breiten Doppelbett
• Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer, ebenfalls ca. 160 cm breit
• Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine
• Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden
• Geeignet für 1–2 Personen, mit Schlafmöglichkeiten für bis zu 4 Personen

Ich bin erst vor relativ kurzer Zeit eingezogen, daher fehlen hier und da noch ein paar letzte Details bei der Einrichtung. Ich bin gerade dabei, einige Lampen auszutauschen, daher sieht es inzwischen etwas anders aus. Ansonsten entspricht die Wohnung den Bildern.

Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut: Zur U7 sind es etwa 6 Minuten zu Fuß, zum Nollendorfplatz (U1, U2, U3 und U4) etwa 12 Minuten. Außerdem gibt es mehrere Busverbindungen in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Die Wohnung liegt im Akazienkiez, einer der schönsten Ecken Schönebergs, mit vielen Cafés, Restaurants und kleinen Läden und einer lebendigen, gleichzeitig entspannten Atmosphäre.

Preis: 60 € pro Nacht + 10 € für jede weitere Person
Kaution: 200 €, die zurückgezahlt wird, sobald ich wieder da bin und gesehen habe, dass alles in Ordnung ist.

Ich räume ein paar Schubladen und etwas Platz im Kleiderschrank frei, sodass genug Platz für persönliche Sachen vorhanden ist. Im Grunde braucht man nur mit dem Koffer anzukommen.

Eine Online-Besichtigung per Video ist vorher möglich.
