Also 830 euros is with nebenkost. So monthly you pay 830 euros to landlord. He is a very nice person and very understaandable. I paid him the Deposit in 3 instalments and he was fine with it. As I will be leaving, so my internet service willmost likely close down on 1st of September. But if you want, it can be transferred to you. Same goes for electricity bill.

In total it cost me 475 euros per month with all the bills while I was living here which is very generous when it comes to Berlin. After talking with me, I will recommend you to Landlord but he is just a phone call away and the entire thing can be done in half an hour.

As stated previously, I will be painting the appartment in 2 to 3 days (only one wall + doors needs some painting, rest is already good but I will still do it),. Patchwork not needed which I am also looking into.
