Ich vermiete meine ganze Wohnung für 2 Monate vom 1. Februar bis 25. März 2024. Es ist eine gut beleuchtete 60 m2 Wohnung, voll möbliert mit 2 Zimmern und einem Balkon in Kreuzberg hinter Viktoriapark. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, einen Kühlschrank und einen Geschirrspüler. Das Gleisdreieck ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und es gibt 2 Lidl, 1 Aldi und 1 Rewe, alle in 5 Minuten zu Fuß. U7, S Bahn Yorckstraße und U6 Platz der Luftbrücke sind 10 min entfernt, S Bahn Südkreuz ist 20 Minuten zu Fuß, Bushaltestellen für 140, M43 sind 3 min entfernt und die Gegend ist ruhig und wohnlich mit viel Grün drum herum. Die Warmmiete beträgt 1000€ pro Monat (mit einer Kaution von 1000€) inklusive Nutzung alle Geräte, Heizung und Wasser. Wenn du dich um meine Pflanzen kümmern und die Miete für beide Monate im Voraus bezahlen würdest, würde ich mich freuen, einen Rabatt auszuhandeln. Hunde sind unter bestimmten Umständen erlaubt, also bringen Sie bitte Ihren Hund am Tag des Besuchs mit.

I am subletting my whole house for 2 months from the 1st of Feb to 25th of March 2024. It is a well-lit 60 m2 apartment, fully furnished with 2 rooms and a balcony located in Kreuzberg behind Viktoriapark. There is a washing machine, refrigerator and dishwasher. Gleisdreieck is a 10 min walk and there are 2 Lidls, 1 Aldi and 1 Rewe, all at a 5 min walk. U7, S Bahn Yorckstraße and U6 Platz der Luftbrücke are 10 mins away, S Bahn Südkreuz is 20mins by foot, bus stops for 140, M43 are 3 mins away and area is quiet and residential with a lot of greenery around. Warm rent is 1000€ per month (with a safety deposit of 1000€) including use of all equipment, heating and water. If you would take care of my plants and pay rent for both months in advance, I would be happy to negotiate a discount. Dogs are allowed under certain circumstances, so please bring your pooch with you on the day of the visit.
