Es ist aber möglich die Wohnung kürzer zu mieten.

Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer.
Die Zimmer lassen sich nicht einzeln begehen ! Das Wohnzimmer läßt sich ausschließlich über das Schlafzimmer 1 oder das Schlafzimmer 2 begehen .
Somit hat das innen liegende Wohnzimmer 2 Türen.
Sie können selbstverständlich die Anordnung der Schlafräume individuell gestalten.

Es gibt in allen Räumen eine Zentralheizung und zusätzlich gibt es noch Kachelöfen ( Kohle ist bereits oben!!! ).
Die 2 Betten haben eine Größe von 140x 200 cm.
Zusätzlich ist ein Schlafsofa vorhanden.

In der Küche sind alle notwendigen Kochutensilien vorhanden.

Der Preis bezieht sich auf 2 Personen.
Für jede weitere Person sind 120 Euro erwünscht.

-Strom ,Gas,Heizung ,Wasser sind in der Miete enthalten.

-Bitte keine Haustiere
- Rauchen auf dem Balkon möglich



I rent out the furnished 3 room for 24 month.Meaby longer .
But is also possibel to rent it shorter time.

The living room has 2 doors.
That means the living room its not possibel to enter seperatly from the hallway .
Only from sleeping room one , or the sleeping room two.
That means: The living room can only be accessed from room one, or respectively from room two."


There is gas-central heating in all rooms and there is also Tiled stove (coal already up!!!).
Energy is included for 2 person.
For each person more it is 120 Euro extra.

Electricity, Gas,Heating, Water is in the rent included

There are 2 sleeping rooms/bed with 140X200cm.
Additionally is a sleeping sofa.

In the kitchen are all accesories.
In the bathroom is a bathtub.
A storage room is a well there.

there are a lot of cafes/Bars and supermarkets around.
Ostkreuz is near .
Warschauerstraße also
