Sie wurde letztes Jahr renoviert, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche verfügt über eine Filterfunktion. Das Schlafzimmer mit einem 1,80m breiten Bett sowie Bad und Küche sind zum Innenhof ausgerichtet und angenehm ruhig. Das Wohnzimmer mit höhenverstellbaren Sekretär zum Arbeiten sowie einer Schlafcouch für Gäste und der Balkon (8qm) gehen zur Osloer Straße.

Beautiful apartment on Osloer Straße for summer in Berlin sublet. The apartment is spacious and offers room for two people. It was renovated last year, washing machine and dishwasher are available. The water tap in the kitchen has a filter function. The bedroom with a 1.80m wide bed as well as the bathroom and kitchen are facing the courtyard and are pleasantly quiet. The living room with height-adjustable secretary for working and a sofa bed for guests and the balcony (8sqm) face the Osloer Straße.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben der Panke, so dass man direkt von hier schön entlang des Flusses Richtung Mitte oder Pankow laufen kann. Die U8 und U9 sind jeweils 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, direkt vor der Tür fahren die Trams M50 und M13, zur S-Bahn Bornholm Straße sind es mit der Tram 5 Minuten. In der Nähe gibt es viele schöne Cafés, Bars und Restaurant entlang der Panne, beispielsweise an der Uferhallen - ich stelle euch gerne meine Empfehlungen zusammen. Ein Lidl und viele arabische Supermärkte sind von 5 Minuten entfernt.

The apartment is located right next to the Panke, so you can walk directly from here beautifully along the river towards Mitte or Pankow. The U8 and U9 are each 5 minutes walk away, directly in front of the door are the streetcars M50 and M13, to the S-Bahn Bornholm Straße it is 5 minutes by streetcar. Nearby there are many nice cafes, bars and restaurants along the Panne, for example at the Uferhallen - I'll be happy to put together my recommendations for you. A Lidl and many Arab supermarkets are from 5 minutes away.
