I’ll be subletting my apartment while I’m visiting home, from October 1st to October 31st. The move-in date is somewhat flexible.

- 2 small bedrooms (one can easily be used as a home office)
- Separate kitchen and living room
- Fully furnished and equipped
- Excellent location: right by the M10 and close to the U8
- Next to Arkonaplatz, with a lovely food market on Fridays and flea market on Sundays — while the apartment itself stays very quiet
- Edeka supermarket just 350m away
- Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood
- €1,200 all-inclusive + €400 deposit

Please note that the dishwasher is currently not working; all other appliances are fully functional.

I’m looking to sublet to one person only. Someone responsible, calm, and respectful who will take care of the apartment as if it were their own. The apartment is not suitable for parties; it’s ideal for someone looking for a peaceful and comfortable home to relax in after their day.
