Beautiful and charming appartment on the second floor in the heart of Berlin‘s most vibrant area, great to experience Weserstraße's famed bars, cafés and galleries in Neukölln.
1 minute to U8, U7 and bus M41.
The appartment has 3 rooms: 2 bedrooms (160x200 cm bed) and 1 living room with an open kitchen. I will use the smaller room (~6 sqm) a a storage for some of my private things while I'm away. Therefore all the rest of the apartment is free for you for rent. The apartment is suitable for one person or a couple.
The building is a classic old Berliner house, the apartment the typical layout with a narrow hallway providing access to all rooms (bathroom, bedrooms and living room). Nice double windows, high ceilings and polished wooden floors throughout. The kitchen is attached to the living-room and has everything you need. There is also a desk, an office chair and a monitor, which provides an ideal setting for remote work. Highspeed Wifi (100 Mbps) is provided as well.
From here you can easily go to the city center (if you want to). But there is everything you need just around the corner and even more than that. The canal, the little streets around and the nearby parks add a big calmness.
The apartment ist very quiet. Due to the situation in the backyard there is almost no "noise pollution" and the nieghbours are very respectful. The rooms are fully furnished, with bedding and towels.
A desk with a monitor screen and a desk chair can be provided, too. The indicated rent includes all costs (GEZ, Heating, Energy, Water). Internet costs 42 Euros per month. An extension to 6 months or longer might be possible and can be discussed in 2026.

Die Wohnung bietet 50qm, Bad, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile und zwei kleine Schlafzimmer, von denen ich jedoch eins als Lager für meine eigenen Sachen nutzen werde.
Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet und bietet genug Raum für eine Person um sich in Berlin wohlzufühlen. Einfacher Herd mit Kühlschrank und eine Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Im Wohn-Arbeitszimmer kannst Du es Dir bequem machen. Es gibt ein Sofa, eine Yogamatte, schönes Licht und grüne Pflanzen. Aber auch zum Arbeiten hast Du hier einen geeigneten Platz: einen großen Schreibtisch mit Monitor und Drucker fürs perfekte Arbeiten im Homeoffice. Im separaten Schlafzimmer steht ein traumhaftes 160 x 200 Meter großes Bett. Dort hast du auch einen Schrank für deine Kleidung. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne mit Dusche. Im Hof kannst du dein Fahrrad anschließen.
Die Wohnung wird möbliert mit Handtüchern und Bettzeug vermietet. WiFi: 100 Mbps.
Die Lage ist perfekt, du bist mittendrin aber durch die Lage in einem ruhigen Hinterhof hat die Wohnung fast kein Noise Pollution. Direkt nebenan befindet sich das Maybachufer für schöne Spaziergänge, 2x in der Woche einen Wochenmarkt und der Weserkiez mit seinen unendlich vielen kleinen Geschäften, Cafes, Restaurants und Bars.
Die Miete beinhaltet alle weiteren Kosten (GEZ, Heizung, Naturstrom, Wasser). Internet kostet 42€ / Monat. Eine Verlängerung auf 6 Monate ist vrsl möglich und kann 2026 besprochen werden.
