Cosy quiet apartment in Prenzlauser Berg

We are renting our lovely quiet apartment for several months from the end of December to the end of February. The apartment has two bedrooms and we will store our things in the small one, so you can have access to the large bedroom (16sqm) and the rest of the apartment - fully furnished toilet / shower and kitchen. The apartment has everything you need - washing machine and dish washer etc...

The apartment is on the first floor hinterhaus so it's very safe and quiet. No road noise at all. We have high speed internet so it's excellent if you need to work from home.

We are looking for someone to take care of our home so ideally, someone who is professional and quiet - no pets and non-smoker.

Utilities

We have listed the utility cost at 150 per month. But since everyone likes different levels of heating, you will just pay for what you use. We will do a reading check at the start and end of the tenancy and you just pay for the gas and electricity you actually consumed. Usually we spend less then 150 per month so it's likely you will get a refund.
