A hidden gem in the heart of Potsdamer Platz

We are a couple who have really loved living in this flat, but unfortunately we have to leave Berlin because of work. Before our contract ends, we’d love to sublet our place. The flat is a bit of a hidden gem in the middle of Potsdamer Platz.

We’re looking to sublet the flat for the remaining period of our contract. The price includes all expenses. Please note that Anmeldung is unfortunately not possible for the sublet. However, if you’re interested in staying longer, we’d be very happy to recommend you to the landlord for a future contract once our tenancy ends (we would be also happy to sell our furniture to the next tenants).

We think it’s particularly ideal for a couple looking for a comfortable, modern place in a very central location, and we’d love to find someone who will enjoy it as much as we have :D
