Hi! I'm subletting my flat for 2 months (exact dates are flexible). The flat is located at the beginning of Langhansstraße, directly next to Antonplatz, one minute by foot from the tram (M4, M13, 12) which takes you to Alexanderplatz in 15 minutes. Everything you need (restaurants, supermarkets, Rossmann, yoga and pilates studios, etc) is within a 3-minute walk).
The rent in the ad is monthly and includes electricity and Internet.
I have some plants so would be great if you could water them while I'm away 🪴
I'm flexible with the dates, so don't hesitate to tell me what suits you best!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Langhansstraße, in der unmittelbaren Nähe vom Antonplatz, eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt von der Tram (M4, M13, 12), mit der man in 15 Minuten den Alexanderplatz erreichen kann. Alles was man braucht (Restaurants, Supermärkte, Rossmann, Yoga und Pilates Studios) ist innerhalb von drei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Miete in der Anzeige ist monatlich und enthält auch Internet und Strom.
Ich habe ein paar Pflanzen, wäre also super, wenn du sie gießen könntest, während ich weg bin 🌿
