A very sunny 2-room flat in a well-renovated old building in Samariterviertel. Spacious living room, huge bathroom, cute balcony. Cozy area with many restaurants and cafes, but calm at night. 5 min walking to U-bahn Samariterstrasse, 10 min to S-bahn Frankfurter Allee.

I am searching for:
1- or 1,5-room flat in Berlin. Main tenant contract. Maximum 850 euro in total. Within the Ringbahn or very well-connected. Preferably Altbau. Please send photos and all the essential information about your flat. Don't send your Bewerbungsmappe to me, it will be needed for the landlord in case the exchange happens.

Open for the exchange starting from October-November, but can wait for several months.

Bitte senden Sie mir Fotos und alle wichtigen Informationen zu Ihrer Wohnung. Senden Sie mir bitte nicht Ihre Bewerbungsmappe, diese wird vom Vermieter benötigt, falls es zum Wohnungstausch kommt.
