Adlershof: 3-room fully furnished apartment for 3 months or longer

(the following text is in English, but I am also fluent in German, French and Russian)

I am the owner of the apartment and I can provide an official lease contract in line with the German laws, so that you can use the address for the registration and other formalities.

I have completely renovated the apartment before I moved in few years ago, it is in a very good condition and is very comfortable.

It is fully furnished and equipped and best suited for small families, couples or singles.

The apartment is NOT suitable for sharing (WG).

There is a large (master) bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a smaller bedroom with a 100x200 bed; a baby bed can be provided as well.
A dine-in kitchen features an induction cooker, a dishwasher, a full-size fridge with a fresh zone, an oven, but NO microwave.
Dishes and cooking utilities are provided.

There is quite some storage space: two wardrobes and a dresser in the large bedroom, a sideboard and a buffet in the living room.
If it is not enough I can provide an additional dresser for the second bedroom.
If you wish to use the second bedroom as a study and need a larger desk this can be arranged as well.

There is a washing machine in the spacious bathroom with a bath tub (but no window).

The apartment is in the second floor, no neighbors above. Very quiet, bright and sunny, there is a balcony in the large bedroom.

Very quiet, green and family friendly location in Adlershof, 5 minutes walk from the S-Bahn station.

The minimal rental duration is 3 moths (Berlin local law).

Pets allowed.

The rent of 1780 includes all costs (water, heating, electricity, internet)
