Ab dem 4.9.2023 freuen wir uns die voll möblierte Dreizimmerwohnung (72 qm) aufgrund eines Auslandsaufenthalts zeitweise zu vermieten. Das Enddatum der Miete kann besprochen werden, mindestens aber 3 Monate (bis 30.11.).

Die Wohnung mit separatem Eingang ist voll ausgestattet: Komplette Küchenausstattung, Wasch- und Spülmaschine, etc. –sie ist perfekt für eine Person oder ein Paar geeignet, die gerade nach Clausthal-Zellerfeld ziehen und von hier aus weitersuchen oder erstmal ankommen möchten.

Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa, Fernseher und Esstisch sowie direktem Zugang zu einer eigenen Terrasse und dem Garten, eine vollausgestattete Küche, ein Arbeitszimmer mit Schreibtisch, 34“ Monitor und Drucker und ein Schlafzimmer, sowie Bad. Alle Räume wurden im letzten Jahr renoviert.

Die Nebenkosten, Strom, Heiz- sowie Warmwasserkosten und Internet sind in der Miete bereits enthalten.

Besichtigungen sind möglich (auch digital).

From 4.9.2023 we are pleased to rent the fully furnished tree-room apartment (72qm) due to a stay abroad. The end date of the rent can be discussed, but at it should be at least 3 months (until 30.11.).

The apartment is centrally located in Clausthal and it is only about 200 m to the main building of the university.

The apartment with separate entrance is fully equipped: complete kitchen equipment, washing machine and dishwasher, etc. -it is perfect for a person or a couple who are planning to move to Clausthal-Zellerfeld and want to start their search for a long term stay from here.

There is a living room with sofa bed, TV and dining table and direct access to a private terrace and garden, a fully equipped kitchen, a study with desk, 34" monitor and printer and a bedroom, as well as a bathroom. All rooms have been renovated in the last year.

The service charges, electric energy, heating and hot water costs and internet are already included in the rent.

Viewings are possible (also digital).
