Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig im Innenhof gelegen, U-Bahn und E-garten 2 bzw. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Sehr schöne Gegend.

Bitte schreibe am Anfang deiner Nachricht,
- dass die Miete im oben angegeben Zeitraum okay ist!
- Wir würden einen Untermietvertrag unterzeichnen, Kopien der Personalausweise austauschen und die Kaution überweisen und dann die Schlüssel aushändigen.

Bitte darauf eingehen.
